Payment & Checkout Intelligence v1

Checkout & Payment Risk Checker

Check the payment path before you pay. Compare checkout origin, merchant identity, extra charges, recurring terms and payment protection details to identify questions worth resolving first.

Checkout evidence

Do not submit card numbers, bank-account numbers, passwords, OTPs or other payment secrets. URL query strings/fragments are stripped before persistence.

Checkout safety report

Combine checkout/domain evidence with merchant identity, payment methods and final price/terms for a stronger result.

A practical guide

How to use the checkout & payment risk checker

Supply the evidence

Supply the public checkout origin, merchant and recipient identity, quoted costs and payment method context. Never enter a full card number, bank password, security code or one-time passcode.

Read the result

Review identity and destination mismatches, unexpected cost changes, unclear recurring charges and supplied recourse information.

Check the limits

The checker does not process payments or verify every provider's current protection rules. A low observed risk result is not a promise that a transaction is recoverable.

Questions about this tool

What should I check before paying an unfamiliar seller?

Confirm who receives the money, the final total, whether charges recur and what dispute options your payment provider offers. Resolve unexplained changes between the storefront and checkout before paying.

How should I interpret missing evidence?

Missing evidence means the assessment has less support or coverage. It does not establish safety or wrongdoing. Review the sources and dates, and independently verify the gaps that matter to your decision.
